Class 3 Teacher - Permanent Full Time.Newcastle Waldorf School welcomes applications from a primary school teacher to continue the class teacher journey with our current class 3. Set on 11 serene acres,in Glendale, NSW, Muloobinba Waldorf Minamba, offers a human-centred education based on Steiner principles and contemporary practices. We enable students to grow into purposeful, creative young adults who can help foster a healthy society. Our Steiner education model delivers a balanced approach that supports our students’ holistic development from Kindergarten through to Year 12. We are seeking applications from teachers ready to work and continue their Steiner teaching professional development in our school. Key Responsibilities and Selection Criteria Essential A commitment to the principles of Steiner Education, including qualifications and/or commitment to Professional Development in Steiner Education Applicants must be approved to teach in NSW, hold a current Working With Children Check and NESA accredited. Ability to create supportive learning environments that demonstrate a love for children and an inclusive approach that values diversity and wellbeing. Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and assessing a child-focused Steiner curriculum, with classroom management and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and community including demonstrated skills in communication. Excellent understanding of self-care and insight into own support needs.
